Hi!

I was born in 1972 and grew up in the North Island of New Zealand.

In 2001, I moved to Japan and have been living here ever since.

I was a bright and cheerful kid but in my early teens I began to suffer from anxiety and depression, which proceeded to grow in intensity as the years passed. Learning to meditate at the age of 23 helped alleviate some of the suffering but didn't treat the root. It was also the point that marked the adoption of a new outlook on life: that of consciously searching for the Truth through "spiritual"  avenues. This process was decades long, and ultimately led to a direct recognition of the illusion of self in late August of 2019.

This recognition of truth was and continues to be incredibly transformative. Since that time the ability to surrender, flow, and move freely within what reality presents has been growing and deepening.  This has also led to the desire to help other seekers towards a recognition of the Truth.
